I've run into an unusual problem... I backed up a dvd to svcd at work since there's an extra pc that isn't being used. I burned the SVCD and it plays fine, but when I tried to copy the MPG file from the /MPEG2 folder on the CD to my hard drive at home I got an error when the copying was nearly finished - "Cannot copy [filename] - Invalid DOS Operation". I then tried copying it to a PC at work as a test and got the same error.
I've been able to copy MPG files this way before without any problems, and since I can view the file okay I'm assuming the disk isn't bad. Am I mistaken - just a bad cd, or does anyone have another explanation? Any help would be appreciated
