    im gonna buy some dvd-rs and i want to know if either of these two are good brands.

    Ritek DVD-R 4.7GB

    OPTODISC DVD-R 4.7GB

    either of those two good? thanks

    Well, if they are authentic G03 RITEK disks, and not the pirate versions, then they are pretty good. I've burned up to 4,695,000,000 bytes at 2X and they play perfectly.

    Of the 90 OptoDisc used (one with case), I have 19 bad disc. Would not buy it again.

    Rima should sell authentic ones. Buy a 10pack and see if it works. If it doesn't change your supplier.
