Ok Guys & Gals,
I followed the instructions on this website using the:
"DVD-5 to one recordable DVD using DVDDecrypter"
"DVD-9 to one recordable DVD using DVDDecrypter to rip, InstantCopy to convert." Method. It worked fine. I ripped Juwanna Mann (DVD-9) and it ripped it in file mode and burned it with Instant copy with no problem.
Then I ripped Brown Sugar (DVD-5) and it ripped it in .rar format. It was a folder with a winrar file and a .MDS file. But I found out that DVD Decrypter will write directly to you DVD-R if it's below 4.3 Gigs. So I didn't have to use Instant Copy v7.0
But here is my problem. I used DVD Decrypter to rip Inspector Gadget 2 (DVD-9) which will force me to use Instant Copy to convert it. When I looked in the folder that I ripped it in. There was a winrar file and a .mds file. (two files). But when I opened Instant Copy, I chose Hard Disk under source to find the "VIDEO_TS.IFO file", And It wasn't there. I've tried extracting the winrar files in another folder to navigate to that "VIDEO_TS.IFO" file, but it always pops up an error window. What am I doing wrong? because instant copy will not recognize the .rar file and the .mds file. Has any one every ran across this problem? I'm stuck.
The X Kid
