Hi all,
I have just completed the following process :-
- Done some filming on my miniDV cam
- Captured it, full quality using StudioDV
- Took the bit I wanted and created a DVD Quality MPEG, which is MPEG2, 720x576, 6000Kbits/sec
- Got my 50Mb mpeg file, but when I play it, Media Player attempts to download a codec but cant find one....
Any ideas, anyone ??
Cheers,
Mike

WindowsMediaPlayer doesn't have MPEG2 codec/decoder built in.
A solution:

visit ELECARD on WWW at http://moonlight.co.il
or http://www.elecard.com

and dowload the free MPEG2 player. This software does not have a trial period.
It's fine for me.
