Hi,
I'm having some issues uploading quicktime files for viewing on my site. It would seem that they take too long of a time to load with the "Q" on the screen for the actual clip pops up. I have a one minute clip that takes over three minutes with the "Q" before the actual clip plays.
Have a look:

I'd like to have it so the clip can load this fast:

For refrence I have Final Cut Express 2 Final Cut Pro HD 5.1 and of course Quicktime Pro. I'm willing to accept I may have to get a faster server but I know that it is mostly because of how I'm compressing it. My friend made a clip for my site and once I uploaded it, I saw that it loads much faster, take a look:

I wouldn't mind knowing how he compressed it but he doesn't remember! :P
For further reference the clip I compressed was at H.264 and 320X240. I also selected prepare for streaming, fast start. Let me know if you need other info because I'd really appreciate any help.

Your clip at http://www.bonnutfilmstudio.com/media/witftrb.mov
starts almost instantly for me. It only takes a few seconds before it starts.
BTW i'm using quicktime alternative on windows vista.
