Hi all, I'm new to all this so please bear with me. I am using a Philips 612 DVD player, and I have downloaded several programs to put my digital camera pictures onto VCD. My problem seems to be that I may need to replace my player, because my present one doesn't appear to support some of the formats used in the VCD programs. What I need to know is what formats do I look for in a new DVD player that will allow me to get these VCD programs to run correctly, apart from the obvious ones of reading CD-R and CD-RW's.
