Pioneer DV-353 vs Pioneer DV-353K

I'm in Canada and FutureShop is selling Pioneer DV-353K. I've read the rating for Pioneer DV-353 and quite impressed with it.
The question is, anyone knows if there's a different with Pioneer DV-353K? Should I buy this player and expect it's the same as DV-353?

'K' should stand for black color, should be the only difference
You can also ckeck places like Radio Shack and Walmart for a better price.

Yep, same player. The K just means that it is black. The DV-353S is the silver one.
