I am using the prog TMPGEnc-2.510.49.157 to encode divx or xvid to SVCD. now, in erlier versions I did it easly, but I lost those versions and all I have is TMPGEnc-2.510.49.157. My problem with this version is that I cant go below 1600 bitrate in the SVCD proccess, 1600 is the limit and because of that, the file is larger than the CD size, does someone has an idea...?
