Smart Ripper Problems

hey guys, Im having trouble w/ ripping a movie to my HD. Ive done other movies before, but this one gets hung up with searching for the key at about the halfway point of the movie. Earlier a window poped up and said something like no key found, use previous key. I clicked ok, but later it just gets hung up searching. Im running 1.4 gig Tbird w/ 512 DDR ram, 40 gig 7200 rpm drive. Thanks

Sometimes the key changes within a .vob file.
If you use smartripper, select SETTINGS> key check and change it to every chapter or even every vob-id.

when that happens to me, I just clean the dvd disc and it almost always works
