    Anyone out there with this DVD player please help!!!

    What is the best way to convert avi files to mpeg-1 to be played clearly..(not choppy or blocky) on this standalone player?

    i often download movies from the net and when i convert it...its so blocky when i watch it.

    Please advise me the best way to convert --> VCD or XVCD i know this player cant play SVCD...=(
