    When I capture a video and watch it in its default size the video looks perfect but when I put it in full screen it gets blocky. It's not as sharp. Any suggestions

    Huh?!? You mean if you capture a video at say 352x480 and play it on your PC (eg. WMP) it looks good. But if you then blow it up to use all of your monitors resolution (1024x768) it looks blocky?

    That's normally, you took the picture and expanded it. There's nothing that can be to 'fix' that, save to capture at a higer resolution.
