  1. using the guides here -->http://www.doom9.org/gknot-main3.htm / http://www.doom9.org/gknot-divx5.htm I'm at the saving the AVS file using Virtualdub (well actually GKnot is up to it since I don't have to do it manually)

    My question is that the progected filesize is only about 4000k (4meg) but it's gonna take 2hrs. It's going at 24-26fps.

    I just want to know if this is normal or if it is abnormally large. (I'd understand if it is normal though since it is a DVD ripping/converting step)

  2. Sounds kind of slow but what's your CPU, what's the AVS script look like (filters, resize, etc), and without looking at the guides why are you frameserving from both avisynth AND VDub?!?
