    hi i was wondering if someone could help me out with something i bought ati tv wonder pci to convert vhs to vcd but i have no clue where to start i installed all the software already and its all installed my vcr is a ge and its conected to the ati by rca hook ups my operation system is windows me i can get the movie to play but i dont know what to do after that.Also theres these lines going threw the middle of the picture its not my tape and its not the vcr so how can i fix that? please help if you can.

    Always start at the Newbie Guides. Then since you want to "capture" your VHS movies into your computer read up on the Capture section. Then since you may want to convert this captured video into VCD format, read the Convert section. Then, since you will have to author the video onto a CD, read the guides in Author.

    I figured out one thing when you record the lines dont show but its all in mp2 format and im just reading up on how to convert that.
