  1. Well, the movie encoded quite nicely and output one BIG file rather than a hand full of files to burn.

It created a "Burn What's in Here" folder however there was only one set bin and CUE files rather than a two. (IE for Disc 1 only)

(PS: How do i burn BIN and CUE files on a Mac? I've always had just IMG files to burn with toast.)

So I need to know two things.

One, is it just me that is having this problem? and can it be fixed?

and Two, is there any way to take this huge MPG file I have and split and author it with another program rather than having to re encoded it again.

    Let me know,

There are a lot of posts on this issue. Suggest you look at them.
    Essentially
    1. you are not the only one
    2. use Missing Media Burner (versiontracker.com) to burn .bin/.cue
    3. you can split the mpeg (versiontracker.com type in MPEG SPLIT) and repackage these new mpegs with vcdtoolsx (versiontracker.com) as new .bin/.cue

or, choose MORE OPTIONS with 42, count the number of chapters in the dvd, divide by 2 or 3, select only that many chapters, have 42 do the processing and your .bin will be from those chapters

then go back and do the remaining, and your new .bin will be the other chapters

there is a bug in the image creation code and I assume they are working on this.
This is what you have to do in the mean time
