Pinnacle PCTV Deluze & MPEG quality

Folks,
I have aquired Pinnacle PCTV Deluxe thingie recently. And every time i am trying to use VCDEasy to make SVCD dics I am getting some warning about video stream are being padded with 0s. What gives?
I have never had such a problem while using file captured w/ AverTV PCI and encoded with TMPGEnc.

Could someone explain to me what is goiung on here, please? Is Pinnacle capture/encodong produces somewhat defective MPEG file?

Am I the only one who has the problem mentioned above? I hope there is someone who owns Pinncle PCTV deluxe other...
I guess, I will be taking it back to the store...
