Hello.
I should make a backup copy of a dvd.
I made a total ripping on HD. Now i want to rip language and sub, but DvdDecrypter cannot (i think so) use a folder as starting point. It uses only the dvd drive.
My question is: does exist a way to make dvdDecrypter to point to a selected folder instead of the dvd drive? In smartripper it is possible, but SM looses nav pack when i rip a chapter.
Thanks in advance.

I don't think so, I normally use smartripper for this. I'm not sure what you mean by 'losses nav pack' but it never caues me any problems.

I tried smartripper and the vob that it makes (you can see it using vobedit) has only lba of movie and audio stream, not nav pack lba. But it can use a folder on HD.
If tried dvddecrypter and it is OK. But DVDDecrypter cannot use (is right?) a folder like point of starting. -
use VobEdit to demux audio/subtitles/video tracks...

Vobedit is not used to do this.... -
You need to use IFOEdit. Links to it are in the guides on this site.

You are suggesting me use dvd2avi, vstrip, etc in order to reduce the original vob; then use vobedit to demux 1 stream video and 1 stream audio.
It is correct? -
