    I can't get miniDVDs to play, even though it is compatible according to the DVDRHELP.com database.

    Can anyone help?

    I made the same finding on my RA82.

    The unit recognizes media as well as contents ("CD" & "V" on the front panel) then does nothing.

    Does this mean that Panasonic have changed the player so that it no longer plays miniDVDs?

    This can be a firmware version issue.

    Just hope somebody can report the firmware revision needed to play miniDVDs.
