So I have a Panasonic AG-1980 VCR and am experiencing a playback issue and am not sure what's wrong. It's not my VHS tapes because I've tried them on other vcr's and don't have this issue.
It's very subtle, but I notice the color waffles from a greenish to redish tint. It's like it's teeter-tottering back and forth...again it's really subtle but enough to notice, especially on skin tones.
Does anyone know what is causing this or how to fix it? I do have the TBC on, and I still see the problem even when turning it off. I'd prefer to leave the TBC on because the image is SO much nicer in every other aspect.

The deck could be faulty.
Are you sure it's not just the TV wavering?
How does the video look on a computer monitor?Want my help? Ask here! (not via PM!)
