tmpgenc plus

I purchase the TMPGencPlus program in January. Since then I have added a larger hardrive and updated to XP PRO.

Now no matter how hard I try I cannot open TMPGenc...a message keeps coming up:
Windows cannot open this file:TMPGenc.acf to open this file windows needs to know what program created it. Windows can go online to look it up automatically or you can manulally select from a list.

When I clicked on for Windows to look for it....I did find the extension acf.
But that has to do with Adobe.

I wrote to Pegasy's twice, but I guess once they get your money thats it.
I do not have CD because I downloaded the Plus version online.

Hope someone can help me!

The executable file is Tmpgenc.Exe not the .Acf file. If it's not in the directory, maybe you can do a file search for it. Did you not get a self-extracting file from Pegasys which installed the program? Run it again to reinstall if you still have it. Lastly, did you get a key code? It should still be valid. Download the program again and use your key.
