I've been creating XVCD for awhile now and am happy enough with the quality. However, I do notice some blockiness and was wondering if it is worth it to apply the noise filter, and if so, what is a good setting.
All movies are XVCD with avg. ~2000kb/s and are from DVD rips.
Thanks.
