    I have lots of SVCD's here that I want to either temporarily convert to DivX or other formats. Unfortunately the sVCD have the black border at the top and bottom of the screen and in order for me to save space when converting I need to resize the movie to remove the black bars. Does anyone know what program does this??

    If you create the DivX in VDub, then also add the filter 'cropping' (or 'clipping').
