  1. i'm so new to this process of changing svcd to vcd playability.what i'm looking for is to use the header trick to change svcd to vcd so my dvd player will play this.i have looked around the forums for easy use and i'm still just a little bit lost.if any body could explain what i need to change when using TMPenc to do this change over.simple steps in this process.

  2. While the advice above will probably work, if it does not, select NON-STANDARD MPEG-1 in the list box used by TMPGENC. This works for me with my sony n315 player.

  3. thanks for the reply guys-i'm hoping i don't ask bad questions here,but i'm really new to this and would love to learn more.

    the header trick is just selecting the files within tmpnc and changing the format-then burn with nero ?

    Yes burn with nero as a VCD. if nero tells you that its not a compliant mpeg file click turn off compliance and continue.
