Anyone had any luck with the 99 minute CDRs? I have a Plextor 12/10/32A and the latest ver of Nero, which both are supposed to burn up to 89.5 minutes on a 99 min. CDR. However, even after setting up the Expert Features in Nero it still won't work. Any ideas folks? - TIA!

Hi there,
Had the same problem Man, the way i got round was to use VCDimage to create a CUE/BIN file and used CDRwin to burn to CD.
BUT your PLEXTOR will only copy out to 89.57 no matter what you do.
You'll need a burner that supports buring out to 99minutes eg-> LG 8080b or a Mitsumi 4804TE and i think that a Hewlard Packard 9100i supports it as well.
Your lucky you have 99minute's cd's. All we can get here in the UK are MIRROR MAX 90 mins. What a Bummer when i've got a LG 8080b writer and a PLEXTOR 12x1032A.
Anyway hope that helps ya

I have the HP 9100i and I burn all the way to 98min. and 45 seconds no prob, do not use the newest version of nero 5.5.4.0 because overburn be disabled for this burner on this version, I went back to 5.5.3.5 and it works fine, my son's sony only burns to 89min. 59seconds also with nero 5.5.3.5.
