    "The owner sid on a per user subscription doesn't exist" What does this mean? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Are you ripping to your hard drive first before trying to process? Maybe you are trying to use this program against a copy protected disk without first removing the copy protection with one of the ripping programs available.

    Just a guess, since I haven't used the program.

    Going to HD first. Everything is done correctly. I did it without using Remote Desktop and it worked. Kind of lame if the software can't work with Remote Desktop Connection

    someone already posted about it won't worth with remote desktop. Something about the sound being tied up by remote desktop which IC needs for Previewing purposes.
