    Hi All, Any Information;
    I have all my machines using Direct CD (nice for compatibility) and it has always worked well, although I do not like Roxio easy cd creator, I do like direct cd for packet writing. I recently picked up one of those now infamous Cendyne / Pioneer DVR-105 (great price, Tx Office Max) and I guess the writer is not supported by Roxio. It sees the DVD-RW Media as a CD and formats as such, or attempts to, only 121mb? I have installed /un-installed upgrade and all that S**t. I guess its time to try Nero IN/CD I got a couple of copies laying around.
    Anyone us it, and how do you like it?? I'm Formatting a DVD now I will see soon enough if it works as I like.
    By the way until now I have been a HP DVD+R/RW 200i, times 2, they are great writers. Guy. 8)

  2. I haven't used Direct CD but Easy CD Creator works fine on my 105.

  3. I was having that problem until the latest Patch from Roxio was applied (probably a week or two old). So if you haven't applied the latest and greatest patches, there is a SW patch and a Drive support patch that might help you

    Also I have had problems using the RW media that came with the drive in DirectCD. I bought some better brand DVD-RWs and that also seemed to have helpded my problem?
