Forty-two works great with dvd's to svcd's Beautiful software, wonderful conversions

Now, Can it do DVD-R (a direct copy of the origional DVD) to svcd?

My brother and I usually split the price of DVD's these days and just make a copy so we both have the movie.

Will this DVD-R work with forty-two?
