Tmpeg refuses to encode in 352x576

Hello!

I have a really weird problem. Tmpeg refuses to encode movies in 352x576 or 352x480 mpeg2. The preview looks fine and even the preview screen during encoding has the right resolution but the encoded movie itself is always 704x576 or 704x480 and there are no settings or changes that prevent this from happening, I have tried everything.
Has anybody ever experienced this?

Has nobody ever had any resolution problems with Tmpeg? Am I the only one on the planet with this problem?
