  1. Hi all,

New to forum. Question is - I read sefy's text file that said to burn SxVCD as a standard SVCD or it won't work. However, Nero 5.5.5.1 checks it and forces me to burn it as a "Non-standard SVCD". It won't work in my pioneer 343 player. Any help out there? Thanks.

  2. make sure your player will play standard svcd first look in dvd players compatibility first.. then encode a test batch with increasingly out of spec clips .. then when it fails you will know the limits of your DvD .. voila non speccy vous?

  3. Hi Matt,

I Don't remember at the moment, but I do think the Pioneer 353 should be
capable of playing the SxVCD, however, first I suggest you check that you
can play regular SVCD (check in DVD Player compatibilities) if it can't, then
you will not be able to play SxVCD either.
