DVD to multiple cd´s with compression

Hai guys,



I want to know, there is program with you can save a DVD to multiple cd´s with compression.

I tried Winzip, winrar and winace, but without any result, they do not compress the dvd

So i was wondering if there is a special tool for just compressing dvd´s so i can save the dvd on, for example at 4 cd´s.

And when i want to watch the dvd i can decrompress it and make a virtual dvd drive and watch it.

you will get almost no compression on a mpeg file (whats in a dvd)

why not just rent it when you want to watch it or maybe even buy it ..
