It seems that since I have installed v1.1.5 equidistant chapters no longer function correctly. When I play the disc in my player, I just get one big chapter, as if I had never added the 6 chapters.
Additionally, the discs no longer seem to play using PowerDVD 4.0 (unsupported format error) on my computer.
Here's basically what I would do:
1) Add a MPEG2 file.
2) Go into the chapters tab
3) Add 6 Equidistant Chapters
4) Create the bin & cue
Anyone having similar issues?

I had the same issue with MPEG1. (not MPEG2)
when I check the relax APS constrants (shown after enabling the Expert mode from File menu), the chapters then worked fine.
(Note VCDEasy complained that MPEG1 file was not a VCD-compilant, since I decreased the bit to 900 as supposed to 1150)
