I have backup a movie DVD9, i Re-encode the mpeg2 (shrink) to a size that i can fit to DVD-R including the original menu and extras,
after Authoring the to vobs what should i do? just delete from the original movie the movie vobs and replace them with the new one? or i need to edit something?

You need to move your newly authored VOBs into the original DVD structure and run IFOUpdate to correct VTS sectors.

when i run ifoedit and click on "update ifo" i get this msg:
"the original IFO's PGC area is not large enough to hold the new PGC"
and he abort... -
it should be IFOUpdate... And the error is due to the chapters being too many --- They have to be same chapter number...
