  1. Hello -
    I have a question. I have tried to capture the highest quality video from my DV camcorder to my computer. I have tried Adobe Premiere as well as Ulead Video Studio. Do you have any better program to do this? As well, I have convtered the AVI file with TMPGEnc - so that I maximize the size for one DVD disc (60 minute video). What program do you use to burn the file? The programs I have always want to re-compress the file again ...

    the quality on capturing DV (which is not capturing but transfering) is going to be the same no mater what you use program wise ..

    i've tried mydvd, from my sony dv using firewire, 1 hour at best quality take up more than 2 gig, burnt to dvd+rw and play back on my poineer 525, quality looks very good.
