I have a TDK cdrw external (48x24x10) burner and I wanted to burn a movie but the length is 130 minutes long. How do I burn it (VCD)when the largest disk only goes to 80 minutes in length. The program I use for burning is Nero 5.5.9.14. Help!!!

you could try making an xvcd, it'll let you put up to 2 hours onto an 80min cdr with good quality, more with a little less quality. theres a guide in the how to section on this site

If you want to keep it as standard VCD you will have to split it over 2 discs.

No very easy, use the merge and cut option under mpeg tools in TMPGEnc.
