Hi, I have ripped the vobs from "Romeo must Die" to HD and in VDD2AVI it says its "29.97FPS" "Film" and "progressive"
According to the mpeg2-to-SVCD guide here it tells me to enode to an NTSC/non Pal format, thats what it looks like when Im following it anyway, eg in TMPG video tab it says to encode at 23.97, 480*480, 3:2 pull down on playback etc.
How come I cannot just follow the PAL guide to make it a PAL SVCD?
