Difficult enough to find NTSC only DVD Recorder models.

I capture PAL with my Canopus ADVC to the computer.

Or, are you only wanting PAL playback?
Recommends: Kiva.org - Loans that change lives.

No I mean, is any DVD HDD or normal recorder able to record in PAL and NTSC in the same recorder?

is my recommend, do bear in mind that these will only record in either ntsc/pal not convert,,therefore you need a pal/ntsc tv to monitor the results.

Years ago the daytek recorders used to take a pal input and record in pal and convert to ntsc for the output, I also have a very fragile Curtis dvd recorder )same as RJ electronics) dvd recorder which does the same.
