  1. Hi,

I have a movie that goes for 2 hours that I captured from my vcr using xvid codec. I would like to convert that avi file to mpg, soo that it would fit on an 80min cd. I have looked at the guides on fitting a movie on one cdr, but whatever i do, i always get a file that's way over 700mb. I even set the file size to 600mb, but it still goes over.

Can someone tell me how to do it?

    thanks in advance

  2. This has been posted before. Try reading How big an mpg file fits on a 700mb CD-R?

    Hope this helps.

  3. Buy a DVD recorder. This will allow for much better copies
