Calling all Netflix members...

I've been a member for about several weeks. I have a question on the "DVDs you have out" section. Usually you have 3 DVD titles and when they shipped and when they are expected to arrive. Well i have 4 but the 4th movie has a "+" by it instead of "4". There is no explanation. I have sent it back and they should recieve it any day now. Just curious on why there was a + next to the movie. Also i have been getting my movies a day before the arrival date they show. But one movie hasnt showed up yet on their arrival date. Should i wait another day or should i report this? thanks

i usally get my movies a day before when they say i should too. I have been a member for several months and i dont think i have ever had the plus sign by a selection. Email their support they should be able to tell you. Have you had any problems with getting disc that are too scrached to play? it seems like 1 out of 10 i get wont play. but all in all netflix isnt that bad. i get the movies, rip them and send'em back the next day to get my moneys worth.
