Buying online, Aussie members look at this.

You know, we are quick to criticize those online stores who choose to stuff us around, we should praise those companies that provide a service beyond our expectations.

I have just had such an experience. I just purchased a PC Tower from a totally unknown (to me) online store, only store Australia wide to stock this particular case ..ie.. according to google. To me, it's the most attractive case I have ever seen, simple, pure white with all the features I was looking for. The case arrived within 48 hours of placing the order and it turned out to be damaged, I immediately contacted the company sending photo's of the damage and was told to keep the case for spares and another would be despatched that day, no additional cost to me. I have never had an experience like this before online, exceptionable service, good price, great product, instant responses to my e'mails.

The company is based in Sydney and the courier charges to Brisbane was exactly what was invoiced, no handling charge, rare these days .... everything about this purchase has been a first for me.

In future, they will get my business even if their prices are slightly higher than the opposition, It can be a very comforting knowing you are dealing with a completely honest company.

Without reservation, I highly recommend you take a close look at EYO Technologies next time your looking to buy parts.

I guess we all expect to receive service as such for our $$$ ..but.. it's rare these days.
