Can't join mpeg2 files with TMPGEnc.. Other programs?

TMPGEnc won't let me load any type of mpeg2 file in order to join. What other programs out there can be used to join two SVCD mpeg2's into 1 file?? I looked at the tools section and they only list demo's..

I apologize if this has already been asked in these forums. I looked but didn't see the answer to my question.

Any help would be appreciated!
