Hi. I'm burning a VCD from a .bin file, but when I play it in my DVD player, the framerate is low (the video and sound is really jerky). Is there a way to fix this? Thanks.

Also, I'm using Toast 5.2 and I have tried burning an MPEG extracted from the .bin file, converting the MPEG-2 to an MPEG-1 and then burning, and converting the MPEG-2 to two .img files and burning in Multitrac-XA mode. Each time I had the same results: the video and sound were fine except they were very jerky.
