    How can I covert from AVI-DV to mpg2 for DVD with Dolby Digital?
    I am using TMPGEnc.

    You are going to need an encoder that has Dolby Digital (AC3) support. I do not think that any of the freeware or inexpensive encoders do this because of licensing requirments from Dolby. Some of the higher end sofrtware packages have 2 channel AC3 encoding. DVDit pe i believe is one of those packages, but ouch! $599!!!
