Has any one used this program yet? Would it be better than Showbiz?

It is definitely worth downloading for free. Just go to windows update and it is there. It is a very good program for capturing basic editing (titles and transitions, etc..). There is no MPEG support or authoring program, but you should be using Tmpgenc, CCE or mainconcept for encoding anyway.
It is extremely user friendly and thus far, very stable. With respect to its cost, you just can't beat the price. -
It may be stable but it is buggy in some of the transitions, etc.
If you output to DV AVI then you can encode to MPEG with TMPGenc or other encoder.Panasonic DMR-ES45VS, keep those discs a burnin'
