Smart Ripper Question

Hopefully I am in the correct forum for this question. I started down the newbie path in the ripping forum and down loaded smart ripper. I followed the instructions and made the settings as indicated in the newbie directions. I clicked on start and after waiting for about 10 seconds, the program indicated that it cannot read block 4405. It requested that I unlock the DVD. When I first start up the program, it goes through an unlock procedure and completes indicating that everything is authorized. Where do I go from here ????

you must play the dvd with powerdvd or whatever
software you have, for about 10 seconds.....
