for long term, what is the best format to choose...i know that is very personnal but i would like to know what you think...what is best for long term...regular vcd, svcd with header trick (because my dvd won't play svcd) or kvcd???
please help...

DVD :P once I buy a DVD burner, I will forget all other past formats.
DVD is versatile, you can store plenty hours of low quality videos or just (few) hour(s) of maximum quality videos. -
i would say dvd also ..
kvcd is not a standard at all btw ... its a template ..
