Mainconcept Encoder doesn't work?

Based on posts here about it opening vob files I downloaded the trial version. In it's import module it says it imports vob files. Problem I'm having is it gets to around 80% of the file and stops encodeing and gives a message about the file being incomplete. It does report the correct file length in it's info. panel. Is there some limitation in the demo?

I am not sure if there is a limitation in the demo or not. Look at the framerate of the source video. I have had similar problems in the past with avi's and the problem was that I had to use 3:2 or 2:3 pulldown.

there is no limitation other than a watermark with the demo
