  1. Alright, I know there have been countless threads about the VCD header trick in the past, but when I looked through those I found very few problems actually being resolved. When I attempt to add the header to an SVCD, <edited> the multiplex goes okay everything seems fine, but when I try to burn it it says that it wont fit on a the media. I have tried setting the overburn setting higher, that seems to do nothing. I have tried it on the setting type MPEG-1 Video CD non standard, MPEG-1 Video CD and MPEG-1 system.. noe of which have worked.. It also has occured to me that the entire problem would be fixed if I could figure some way to turn the mpeg back into an image (in this case an iso of a VCD).

I have never gotten the header trick to work (and my DVD player plays SVCDs so I really dont have to usually. but my gf's inferior player dosnt play em'.. anywho) I have the feeling i am making a really stupid error. anyone?

  2. I've sort of given up on the header trick since the audio usually gets cut off on the end of each disc. I've been re-encoding to VCD and taking the opportunity to crop out watermarks on parts and also choose better spots for the CD change.

  3. I was right.. it was a really really stupid mistake.. I would set the Video settings to Video-CD, then select the file, which would reset the Video settings to Super Video-CD (VBR). I'm retarded.
