I'm pretty new to all of this. I burned a movie onto 2 CD-RW's the other day and they both played fine in my APEX 703 and DVD-ROM. I tried them again today and all I get is audio using the DVD-ROM (using WinDVD, and PowerDVD). And they worked in my APEX but was very blocky and slowdown/speed up. I'm sure that I did something wrong with encoding or something (maybe it should be a VCD vs. SVCD ??, as I said before, I'm new at this. Any help would be appreciated.
