    Hope Anyone Of Y'all Can Help Me Out.
    When I Try To Convert SVCD 2 VCD Everything Goes Well Except For The Picture, It Looks Terrible.

    The Whole Movie Is Like
    Picture Fine/Terrible/Fine/Terrible/Fine

    Anyone Can Help Me Out?

    That definitely looks like interlace artifacts. In the conversion process apply a de-interlace filter. That should clear it up. In TMPGenc it is on the Advanced tab in the MPEG Settings.

    did you rip it? cuz that also looks like you didn't force film in dvd2avi if you used that method.

  4. I Download The SVCD From The Internet, Then I Used DVD2AVI/TMPGEnc To Convert It.....But I Dunno What U Mean With Force Film?

    EDIT:''If the Video type is FILM select under Video->Field Operation->Force Film, if Video type is PAL or NTSC leave everything to default.''

    The SVCD Is NTSC.......Im Trying To Convert It To VCD PAL
