    Hey I was wondering how all these groups release (S)VCD's that are 4 pass? I have TMPGenc and it only has an option for 2 pass ... what prog do they use?
    Why not?! .... everybody else is doing it.

    www.cinemacraft.com encoder supports 4 pass and more.

    probably cuase TMPGenc is free and cinemacraft is not.
    Why not?! .... everybody else is doing it.
