i am in the middle of a dispute with sky tv and getting absolutely nowhere.i found an online complaint site called clik2complain which looked ideal but they are not accepting any new gripes 'til march.does anybody know of a similar site or an alternative means of making progress with a company which will only give the customer one contact number, only allow you to speak to staff no higher in rank than team leader, and occasionally routes your calls to a call centre in India? Thanks.
